The Chronicles was born from a simple idea — a month-based class trend that caught fire online. Everyone in our friend group started joking about what class they’d be based on their birth month. I took that energy and turned it into a school-themed illustration where each character cosplays their “assigned class” in a typical classroom setting. But as I painted, something deeper unfolded. These characters started to feel real — like they had backstories, relationships, and a bigger world they belonged to. What was just a trend became the seed of something original. The Chronicles ended up being more than just a fun group piece — it became the foundation of a potential manga or OC universe. This is where it all began.
